PlanarRF offers transient limiters for EMC EMI emissions testing. The LIT-153A and LIT-930A Transient Limiters feature a low-pass filter, high pass filter, transient suppressors, and two 5 dB impedance matching attenuation pads. These products protect the input of a spectrum analyzer during conducted emissions testing.

The transient limiter is a critical component in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing. It safeguards sensitive measurement equipment from damage caused by transient voltage spikes that can occur during the testing process. By effectively attenuating these unwanted surges while allowing the passage of relevant RF signals, the transient limiter ensures the integrity of test results and protects valuable instrumentation.

The transient limiter safeguards sensitive measurement equipment by absorbing harmful voltage spikes generated during conducted emissions testing.
