PRREAMPLIFIERS
Com-Power broadband high gain preamplifiers were designed for electromagnetic interference (EMI) testing and certification.
PAL-010
The PAL-010 are high gain, general purpose preamplifiers used for EMC testing. They reduce floor noise, increase system sensitivity to low signals, and provide input isolation. With a frequency range of 100 Hz to 30 MHz, they are individually calibrated and supplied by a 12 VDC, 500 mA external wall mount adapter.
PAM-103
The Com-Power Model PAM-103 Preamplifier enhances measurement system sensitivity during EMC compliance testing. With a 33 dB gain and ±3 dB gain variation, it amplifies signals hidden below noise floor and can be powered by rechargeable NimH batteries.
PAM-118A
The Model PAM-118A is a bench-top microwave preamplifier designed for EMI/EMC applications, offering low noise and high signal amplification. It features a simple front panel with two 50 Ohm precision N-connectors for input and output, allowing fast readings during troubleshooting and R&D phases. It has low VSWR and high reverse isolation, and can be powered by battery or 15 VDC.
PAM-6000
Com-Power model PAM-6000 Preamplifier is intended for improving measurement system sensitivity during EMC compliance testing. It has a frequency range of 1 GHz to 6 GHz. It has gain of 30 dB. Therefore, It amplifies the signals that were previously hidden below the noise floor of the EMI receiver so that it can be seen and measured.
PAM-840A
The 18 GHz to 40 GHz Wide Band High Gain Preamplifier Model PAM-840A is a benchtop microwave preamplifier designed for EMC applications. It offers flat gain, low VSWR, and high reverse isolation, enhancing system sensitivity and enabling low-level signal measurement. It also provides input isolation for spectrum analyzers or receivers.
PAM-840H
The PAM-840H is a high-gain, wideband microwave preamplifier with a frequency range of 18 GHz to 40 GHz, enhancing system sensitivity and providing input isolation. It can be powered by an internal battery pack or external power adapter. Each preamplifier is individually calibrated.
PAP-501
Intended for improving system sensitivity Model PAP-010 Preamplifier is used with near field probes. It has a frequency range of 10 to 1000 MHz. It is compact in size and is powered by external DC adapter.
